The man lying down was M/Sgt Ruddy Tupala who was Sgt Major in headquarters;
he was a great organizer in charge of about 15 men in the personnel department.
The second man to his left was Tech/Sgt Charles Ballard who was in
charge of the Registrar's office under 1st/Lt Needles where I worked as
a clerk-typist. |
