| Comments | We must fight on for a General Service Medal for the Suez Canal Zone campaign during 1951-1954. Mr Tony Blair should be proud of all the servicemen and women that served out in Egypt during those troubled times. And he wants reminding that there are some of our lads still out there in graves. We should all have had the General Service Medal a long time ago, for our service that we gave to our Regiments and OUR COUNTRY. Maybe if there is any trouble out in Egypt in the future like there was when we were out in the Suez Canal Zone during 1951-1954, and some of the MoD sons are in one of the Military Services, then I am sure that everyone would recieve a medal. Would they? |
