The Argentinian Story
by David Aldea
We the web masters of Britain's Small Wars have always been interested in publishing accounts from the "Other Side" We think it is important to show both sides of the story. There for we would like to thank Mr. David Aldea the author of this page for kindly allowing us to publish his work. David Aldea has worked as a consultant for various British historians: Nick van der Bijl (Nine Battles to Stanley, 1999), Lawrence Freedman (the Official History of the Falklands War; being written) and Robin Neillands (In the Combat Zone: Special Forces since 1945, 1997). David is currently working on a study of the Argentinian experience at Goose Green. We'd also like to thank David Martin for helping us publish this page. We'd like to point out that we, the web masters, are only publishing this page to allow different view of the war  to be studied.
