Post Script In 1982 Major General Jeremy Moore, the Commander Land Forces in the Falkland Islands campaign was awarded the KGB, Captain Jeremy Black, who commanded HMS Invincible in that conflict was awarded the DSO and Chief Gunnery Instructor Buck Taylor was Mentioned in Despatches for his conduct of the air defence of HMS Avenger.
