Information
The Medal was awarded to all British and Commonwealth forces who took part in the Korean war between July 1950 and July 27th ,1953. Particularly sort after by medal collectors are the medals issued to the 'Glorious Gloucesters' for their for their gallant stand at the Imjin River.
Description
British Medals were issued in cupro-nickel impressed in small capitals, Medals to Australian and New Zealand forces were impressed in large capitals and the Canadian version was struck in silver. Ribbon: Yellow with two blue stripes
