Heart Break Hotel

Ex Royal Ulster Rifles This is a photo of the Petit Palais taken in 1958. This hotel in the village
of Platres in the Troodos mountains was home to 1 R.U.R most of the
winter of 1957/58. before and after it was home to many hundreds
of 'SQUADDIES' during the emergency. I returned in 1998 to
take the picture below.
