Unknown Argentine Weapon Site

These two pictures of a unknown Argentine weapon site were 
sent to us courtesy of Simon Harrold  who runs WW2 Battlefield Relics 
Can anyone identify them ? "The scale in the the second photo is from 
the rear of the sight. My spanish isn't too hot but I think it measures 
in thousanths of a metre!"

Dear Sir: My name is Guillermo Lafferriere, and I am a Lt Col serving as CO of the 5th Mechanized Infantry Regiment in the Argentine Army. During the war in 1982, I was a young 2nd Lt with the 25th Infantry Regiment. Visiting your interesting site, I thought I could bring you some data that would be useful. The images below show the sight employed by the antitank weapoon named INSTALAZA in the Argentine Army. It fired three diferent rockets.
