My father was first officer on this - they were based in Singapore from around mid 1952 until late 1954 . Running mainly to Port Swettenham with supplies.

The ship had British officers - all Merchant Navy , and a Malayan crew.
The ship is shown on Coronation Day in Singapore.

The vessel returned to the UK late 1954- was sold off in 1958 as the"Rosemarkie".
