British Armed Forces Special Vouchers (Operation Musketeer)

The 3rd Series British Armed Forces Special Vouchers were only ever issued for use by our Service men involved in Operation Musketeer.
The vouchers were in use for less than two months and the vast majority were destroyed when they were withdrawn.

The 2/6d and 5/- values are rare (I do not have them.) and the 3d and 6d values are scarce, especially in the higher grades, as mine are. The 1/- and 10/- values are uncommon if cancelled with two 6mm holes, but scarce without the this cancellation. The £1 value is common, but I have yet to find one with the E/3 cipher, only three ciphers were used (E/1, E/2 & E/3).
