Lancers'Winchester Victory' embarking the 8th Batt. Royal Warwickshire
Regt. at Massawa, East Africa, in 1946. The battalion went to Quassasin
in the Canal Zone and was disbanded. We all went to various Army Units
throughout the middle east. I went to Benghazi to join the King's Dragoon
Guards. |
