
Military Graves at the Kranji Cemetery Singapore
In this military cemetery there are the graves of 88 Gurkha servicemen along with families they are located
in plots 7-8.
They were previously buried at the Pasir Panjang and Ulu Pandan Military Cemeteries
But following the withdrawal of British Forces from Singapore in 1971,the Singapore Government
moved burials to the new Military Cemetery at Kranji.
They were reverently removed in 1975 and 1976 and laid to rest in this peaceful place
