This Book is Dedicated to our fallen heroes of the Malayan Emergency 1948-60 who lay at rest in Gods Little Acre in the Christain Cemetery Batu Gajah near Ipoh in the State of Perak West Malaysia. A book well worth reading giving a very good history of the start of the emergency in the State of Perak then Malaya. This book reflects the era when"the enemy within"rose to subvert the birth of a nation and how the combined determination and sacrifice of National and Commonwealth Forces alike,not forgettig the Civilians both local and expatriate defeated that intention. Much thanks must be given to Supt Police(Rtd)R Thambipillay The Perak Planters Association and many others for publishing the book and for the care and attention of the graves at "GOD's LITTLE ACRE"
