Reviews

Bill Temple  rated this book as Excellent
Recommended for the casual reader, veteran, student and any professional historian researching the Malayan Emergency. An excellent account of what can best be described as the Manchester Regiment at war. The excellent preface by a National Service Officer who served with the battalion really sets the scene for what must have been a trying yet fascinating experience for those young soldiers.
